Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a small baking sheet or plate with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until completely smooth.
  3. If using, gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  4. Drop rounded teaspoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small bites.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the bites are completely firm.
  6. Transfer the frozen bites to an airtight container and store them in the freezer.

Notes

  • For a lower sugar option, use unsweetened Greek yogurt and omit the maple syrup or honey.
  • You can substitute almond butter or sunflower seed butter for peanut butter.
  • These are excellent for portion controlled sweets.
