A simple, salty-sweet whipped feta dip perfect for parties and snack boards. This easy appetizer comes together quickly and looks beautiful.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey, plus more for drizzling
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh dill or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine crumbled feta, softened cream cheese, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) in a food processor.
  2. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. This should take about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl.
  4. Drizzle with a little extra honey and sprinkle with fresh dill or parsley.
  5. Serve with your favorite dippers like pita bread, crostini, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • For a roasted pepper variation, add 2 tablespoons of chopped roasted red peppers to the food processor.
  • For an olive variation, add 1 tablespoon of chopped Kalamata olives to the food processor.
