Ingredients
Scale
4 pieces naan bread (about 6-inch size)
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup homemade tzatziki sauce
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 English cucumber, thinly sliced into ribbons
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Prepare the chicken: Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, toss the chicken with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook the chicken: Grill or pan-fry the seasoned chicken over medium-high heat until cooked through and lightly browned, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
Prepare the naan base: Preheat your oven or toaster oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the naan bread directly on the oven rack or a baking sheet. Bake for 3-5 minutes until the naan is slightly crisp on the edges.
Assemble the pizzas: Remove the naan from the oven. Spread a generous layer of tzatziki sauce evenly over each naan base, leaving a small border.
Add toppings: Distribute the cooked chicken pieces over the tzatziki layer. Top with sliced red onion and feta cheese.
Finish and serve: Return the pizzas to the oven for another 3-5 minutes until the cheese is slightly softened and the naan is fully heated through.
Garnish: Remove from the oven. Top each pizza with cucumber ribbons and sprinkle with fresh dill and a squeeze of lemon juice. Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
For a crispier base, lightly toast the naan in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes per side before adding toppings.
If you prefer a store-bought option, use a good quality, thick tzatziki sauce for the best flavor.
You can use an air fryer to cook the naan base for 3 minutes at 375°F for a very crisp result.
