  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
  • 34 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange tomato slices in the unbaked pie crust. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, basil, parsley, and onion.
  4. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the tomatoes.
