1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
3–4 medium tomatoes, sliced
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped onion
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange tomato slices in the unbaked pie crust. Season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, basil, parsley, and onion.
Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the tomatoes.
