Easy and delicious bite-sized taco cups with a ranch flavor, perfect for parties and game days.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (15 count) frozen mini phyllo shells
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  4. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the ranch dressing.
  5. Spoon the beef mixture evenly into the phyllo shells.
  6. Top each shell with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the shells are golden.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired, before serving.

Notes

  • These bites can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving.
  • For a make-ahead option, bake the shells and filling separately, then assemble and warm them before guests arrive.
  • Serve warm for the best texture and flavor.
