Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Amaretto Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Half-and-Half (or heavy cream for a richer taste)
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Optional: Simple syrup to taste
  • For Rim: Corn syrup or water, colorful sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rim: Pour corn syrup or water onto a small plate. Pour sprinkles onto another small plate. Dip the rim of your martini glass into the syrup, then into the sprinkles to coat.
  2. Combine ingredients: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the vanilla vodka, Irish cream liqueur, amaretto liqueur, half-and-half, and vanilla extract.
  3. Shake well: Secure the lid and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosty.
  4. Strain: Strain the mixture into your prepared martini glass.
  5. Serve immediately: Enjoy your festive Sugar Cookie Martini.

Notes

  • For a sweeter drink, add a splash of simple syrup.
  • To make a large batch, multiply the ingredients and mix in a pitcher. Chill until ready to serve. Pour into glasses with pre-rimmed edges.
  • You can substitute heavy cream for half-and-half for a creamier texture.
  • Experiment with different colored sprinkles to match your holiday theme.
