  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 shots espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
  • Whipped cream and extra pumpkin pie spice for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, pumpkin puree, sugar-free vanilla syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract in a small saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium heat, whisking constantly, until warm and well combined. Do not boil.
  3. Pour the mixture into a mug.
  4. Add espresso or strong brewed coffee to the mug.
