2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon sugar-free vanilla syrup (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1–2 shots espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
Whipped cream and extra pumpkin pie spice for topping (optional)
Instructions
Combine milk, pumpkin puree, sugar-free vanilla syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract in a small saucepan.
Heat over medium heat, whisking constantly, until warm and well combined. Do not boil.
Pour the mixture into a mug.
Add espresso or strong brewed coffee to the mug.
Stir well.
Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, if desired.
Notes
For a sugar-free version, use a sugar-free syrup and omit the sugar.
