Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C) to keep the sausages warm. Cook the breakfast sausages according to package directions. Place the cooked sausages on a baking sheet and keep them warm in the oven.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and melted butter until well combined.
