1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease four ramekins or a muffin tin.
In a blender, combine protein powder, oats, cottage cheese, almond milk, egg, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Pour the batter evenly into the prepared ramekins or muffin tin.
