1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the pie filling.
Evenly sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix over the pecans.
Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
Sprinkle the cinnamon over the top.
Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
Let the cake cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
Notes
For a richer flavor, you can use a butter pecan cake mix instead of yellow cake mix.
Ensure the butter is evenly distributed to prevent dry spots in the cake.
This dessert is best served warm, making it ideal for holiday dessert tables.
