- 1 box refrigerated pie crust
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Press the pie crust into the bottom and up the sides of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and chopped pecans. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture alternately with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the batter evenly over the pie crust in the baking dish.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
