A simple and delicious no-cook breakfast you can make ahead in jars. Perfect for meal prepping, these overnight oats are ready in 5 minutes and last up to 5 days in the fridge.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (maple syrup, honey, or agave)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: Protein powder, fruit, nuts, seeds for toppings

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, milk, chia seeds, sweetener, and vanilla extract in a jar or container.
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
