  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
