A warm and comforting fruit dessert with a flavorful streusel topping made with cinnamon, oats, and pecans.

Ingredients

    • 6 cups sliced nectarines
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 cup rolled oats
    • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix nectarines, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Transfer to a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle the streusel mixture evenly over the nectarines.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
