Ingredients

  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (adjust to your spice preference)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine diced mango, red onion, minced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro in a medium bowl.
  2. Pour lime juice over the mixture.
