- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1 dozen large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 large flour tortillas
- Optional: chopped onions, bell peppers, salsa
- Cook sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain excess grease.
