Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with 1/4 cup powdered erythritol, 1 tsp cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
