  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef and ground pork.
  3. Add breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, eggs, parsley, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  4. Gently mix all ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Roll the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs.
  6. Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not touching.
  7. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite pasta and marinara sauce, on sub rolls, or as appetizers.
