  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sliced apples with lemon juice, maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour the apple mixture into an 8×8 inch baking dish.
