Easy Ground Beef Tortilla Wraps

Quick and kid-friendly ground beef wraps perfect for a 30-minute weeknight dinner or meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, salsa, guacamole

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  3. Warm the tortillas according to package directions.
  4. Spoon the seasoned ground beef mixture into the center of each tortilla.
  5. Top with shredded cheese and your favorite optional toppings.
  6. Fold or roll the tortillas to create wraps.

Notes
