Make soft, foldable keto flatbread perfect for sandwiches and dips. This quick garlic flatbread recipe is a great low-carb alternative.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil
  • 1 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Add melted butter or olive oil and hot water. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
  5. On a piece of parchment paper, flatten each portion into a thin circle.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Cook each flatbread for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown spots appear.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dips or fillings.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add fresh minced garlic to the dough.
  • These flatbreads are excellent for wraps, quesadillas, or as a side for shawarma.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
