Make this quick, flavorful olive dip in just five minutes. It is a perfect, no-bake appetizer for last-minute entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted green olives, drained
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the drained green olives, feta cheese, softened cream cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper into a food processor.
  2. Process the ingredients until the mixture is mostly smooth but still has some texture. Stop and scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste the dip and add more pepper or lemon juice if you prefer more tang.
  4. Transfer the creamy olive dip to a serving bowl.
  5. Serve immediately with crackers, pita bread, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

  • For a smoother texture, let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before starting.
  • If you do not have a food processor, you can finely chop the olives and mash the feta and cream cheese together by hand, mixing well.
  • This dip is best served the day it is made.
