A simple, pantry-friendly honey BBQ sauce recipe perfect for grilling, wings, and dipping. Achieve a shiny glaze with this sweet and tangy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
  2. Whisk together until well combined.
  3. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
  4. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
  5. For a thicker sauce, continue to simmer for a few more minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool.
