12 oz imitation crab meat (flaked)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 stalks celery (finely chopped)
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Flake the imitation crab meat into small pieces using your hands or two forks. Place the flaked crab in a medium bowl.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, fresh dill, Dijon mustard, and Old Bay seasoning until smooth.
Add the chopped celery to the bowl with the crab meat.
