Easy Cheesy Garlic Pull Apart Bread

Make soft, buttery cheese bread loaded with garlic and gooey melted cheese. This recipe is simple to follow and perfect for sharing as an appetizer or side dish.

  • 1 (13.8 ounce) package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan or an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into four equal pieces. Place the pieces into the prepared pan.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  4. Pour the butter mixture evenly over the biscuit pieces in the pan. Toss gently to coat all the pieces.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese evenly over the biscuit pieces.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 5 minutes before serving warm. You can pull the pieces apart easily.
