Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb baby red potatoes, quartered
  • 1 packet (1 oz) dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Place steak and potatoes in a 6-quart slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together ranch seasoning, melted butter, and milk.
  3. Pour the seasoning mixture over the steak and potatoes.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Stir in cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  6. Cover and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
