This Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is the ultimate dump-and-go dinner! It uses cheesy ravioli, rich meat sauce, and gooey melted cheese for all the flavor of classic lasagna without the effort. It is perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (25 ounce) bag frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 (24 ounce) jar marinara sauce (or preferred pasta sauce)
  • 1 pound ground beef (cooked and drained)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. If you have not already, cook the ground beef in a skillet until it is fully browned. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Lightly coat the inside of your slow cooker insert with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce across the bottom of the slow cooker.
  4. Place half of the frozen ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
  5. Spoon half of the cooked ground beef over the ravioli layer.
  6. Top the beef with half of the remaining marinara sauce.
  7. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese over the sauce layer.
  8. Repeat the layers: remaining ravioli, remaining ground beef, remaining marinara sauce, and the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours, or on HIGH for 1.5 to 2 hours. The ravioli should be tender and the cheese melted.
  10. Let the Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving directly from the slow cooker.

Notes

  • You can substitute Italian sausage for the ground beef for a different flavor profile.
  • For an extra cheesy texture, add 1/2 cup of ricotta cheese in a layer with the mozzarella.
  • This recipe is great for meal prep; leftovers reheat well in the microwave.
