  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Add the cooked pasta, celery, red bell pepper, red onion, pickle relish, and parsley to the bowl with the dressing.
