Make this classic Italian cocktail easily. This simple recipe combines peach puree and Prosecco for a refreshing, bubbly drink perfect for brunch or celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz chilled Prosecco or Champagne
  • 2 oz fresh peach puree (made from ripe peaches)
  • 1 small peach slice for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill your champagne flutes thoroughly before starting.
  2. Prepare the peach puree by blending ripe peaches until smooth. Strain the puree if you prefer a smoother texture.
  3. Pour 2 ounces of peach puree into each chilled flute.
  4. Slowly top with 4 ounces of chilled Prosecco or Champagne. Pour down the side of the glass to maintain carbonation.
  5. Gently stir once if needed to combine.
  6. Garnish each glass with a thin slice of fresh peach on the rim.

Notes

  • For an authentic taste, use high-quality, ripe peaches for your puree.
  • If you want a slightly sweeter drink, add 1/4 ounce of peach schnapps to the puree before adding the sparkling wine.
