4 oz chilled Prosecco or Champagne
2 oz fresh peach puree (made from ripe peaches)
1 small peach slice for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Chill your champagne flutes thoroughly before starting.
Prepare the peach puree by blending ripe peaches until smooth. Strain the puree if you prefer a smoother texture.
Pour 2 ounces of peach puree into each chilled flute.
Slowly top with 4 ounces of chilled Prosecco or Champagne. Pour down the side of the glass to maintain carbonation.
Gently stir once if needed to combine.
Garnish each glass with a thin slice of fresh peach on the rim.
Notes
For an authentic taste, use high-quality, ripe peaches for your puree.
