  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Toss the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Air fry the chicken: Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 380°F (195°C) for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly crispy.
  3. Warm the tortillas: Lightly warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
  4. Assemble the wraps: Lay a warm tortilla flat. Spread a layer of ranch dressing down the center. Top with cooked chicken, crispy bacon pieces, shredded cheese, lettuce, and diced tomato, if using.
  5. Wrap tightly: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to seal the ingredients inside.
  6. Toast for texture (optional): Place the assembled wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket or a dry skillet over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes per side until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For an even faster meal, substitute the raw chicken with 2 cups of pre-cooked rotisserie chicken, warming it slightly before assembly.
  • If you prefer a high protein lunch, use high-protein tortillas and substitute half the ranch dressing with plain Greek yogurt.
  • To get that perfect golden toasted tortilla finish, place the assembled wraps in the air fryer for 2 minutes at 375°F (190°C).
