A fast and cheesy chicken avocado sandwich perfect for a simple lunch.

- 2 slices bread
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/4 avocado, mashed
- 2 slices cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Spread mashed avocado on one slice of bread.
- Top with shredded chicken and cheese.
- Place the other slice of bread on top.
- Butter the outside of the sandwich.
- Grill in a skillet or panini press over medium heat until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
