Easy Chicken and Cheese Wraps

Quick and simple chicken and cheese wraps perfect for lunchboxes, picnics, or a fast meal. Customize with your favorite flavors.

Ingredients

  • 8 large tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works well)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional)
  • 1/4 cup salsa (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped avocado (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay out the tortillas.
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and shredded cheese.
  3. If using, stir in ranch dressing, salsa, or chopped avocado. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon the chicken and cheese mixture evenly onto the center of each tortilla.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  6. Serve immediately or wrap individually for meal prep.

Notes

  • For a warm wrap, lightly grill or pan-fry the rolled wraps until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • These wraps can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Kids love these wraps! You can add corn, beans, or a mild sauce for them.
