Easy buffalo chicken pinwheels perfect for game day or any party. These make-ahead appetizers are simple to prepare and always a crowd-pleaser.

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth.
  2. Stir in the buffalo wing sauce, shredded chicken, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. Spread about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Roll up each tortilla tightly.
  5. Wrap each rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up before slicing.
  7. Before serving, unwrap the tortillas and slice them into 1-inch pinwheels.

Notes
