Enjoy creamy, no-cook blueberry overnight oats that taste like cheesecake. This recipe is perfect for quick breakfasts or meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Optional: 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • Optional: Chocolate shell for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a jar or container.
  2. If using cream cheese, whisk it into the milk and yogurt mixture until smooth before adding to the oats.
  3. Stir in the blueberries.
  4. Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
  5. Before serving, stir well. Add a splash of milk if the oats are too thick.
  6. Top with extra blueberries or a chocolate shell if desired.

Notes

  • For a thinner consistency, add more milk.
  • You can substitute any milk of your choice.
  • Add protein powder for an extra protein boost.
  • These oats can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
