Make this easy, no-cook copycat Big Mac sauce at home in five minutes. It delivers the creamy, tangy, iconic flavor you love, perfect for burgers, fries, and sandwiches.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sweet pickle juice (from the relish jar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients. You need a small bowl for mixing.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, sweet pickle juice, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika to the bowl.
  3. Stir all the ingredients together until the sauce is completely smooth and uniform in color.
  4. Taste the sauce. If you want more tang, add a tiny splash more vinegar.
  5. Cover the bowl and place the sauce in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes. This step allows the flavors to meld together for the best taste.
  6. Serve this homemade burger sauce on your smash burgers, as a dipping sauce for fries, or on sandwiches.

Notes

  • For the most authentic flavor, use a good quality, full-fat mayonnaise.
  • If you do not have pickle juice, you can substitute it with a few drops of dill pickle brine.
  • This sauce tastes even better the next day. Make a double batch for leftovers.
