  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 cup chopped apples
  • Optional: chopped walnuts or pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a casserole dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, rolled oats, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
