A simple, no-bake peanut butter pie with a creamy filling and a crumbly topping, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips, melted
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the peanut butter, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream until just combined.
  3. Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.
  4. Drizzle the melted peanut butter chips over the top of the pie.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Notes

  • For a graham cracker crust, combine 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs with 1/4 cup melted butter and press into a pie plate. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes, then cool completely before filling.
  • You can substitute chocolate chips for the peanut butter chips for a different flavor profile.
  • This pie is best made ahead of time to allow it to set properly.
